- Hi, yes, that's me. Here's my wristband.
- Good afternoon, are you Emily Jackson? And if so, may I please see your wristband for further confirmation?
- My name is Jacob and I'll be your nurse for the day.

- We can assist you in any way you feel necessary, but you can do as much as you feel comfortable with.
- How are your legs feeling today, Mrs Jackson and would you perhaps like some assistance to the X-ray room?
- My legs are in so much pain that walking is something I feel unable to do right now.
- So, a wheelchair for transfers around the hospital would be greatly appreciated.

- Thank you for your co-operation, Mrs Jackson. Now, are you feeling any discomfort after this transfer.
- No, none at all.
- Good to hear. Now I'm just going to run you through the procedure. You'll be taking an X-ray of both your legs, but before that you'll brought to a changing cubicle where you'll be asked to remove your clothes, any clothing items that contain metal wiring, jewellery or piercings and to put on a night gown.
- No, I've got no questions or concerns.
- It's important to note that this is done to ensure that the X-ray being taken won't be obstructed by any foreign objects which will make viewing difficult for the doctors to use. And last but not least, do you have any questions or concerns regarding today's procedure, I'll be happy to answer any you may have.

- Excellent. My name's Layla, I'm a radiographer and I'll be responsible for your x-rays today.
- Will do Mrs Jackson, I'll assist you with getting off the table while Jacob here gets the wheelchair. Could you please make your way to the front edge of the table for me.
- I'll be right back with a wheelchair for you Mrs Jackson.
