- they traveled the river December 25th. It was not an easy crossing, for it was almost unbearably cold
- General Gates and Washington fighting
- The continental army arrived and surprise attacked the Hessians on December 26th.
- Leaving because of shortage
- The Hessians knew they weren’t doing good, therefor the surrender and Continentals get the win!
