- 'Lets go to the pub round the corner so I can tell my story.'
- The Pardoners Tale
- 'Come up and I will forgive your sins for just pennies.' 'I say the root of evil is greed.'
- 'We will have to share the money out'
- 'We can take it away tonight then no one will see us you two stay here and guard the money while I go and get some food to celebrate'
- Here we go, its the strongest poison in my shop!
- 'We don't want to share the money with him do we? So when he comes back we can stab him with my knife'
- 'Ok good plan, I will hide behind that tree and jump out at him with the knife'
- The Pilgrims make there way to a pub so the Pardoner can tell his story.
- YAY!!!!
- The pilgrims arrive at the pub and the pardoner starts to tell his story. It starts with three drunk men talking around a table. 'Ding dong ding dong' the coffin bells ring the three men ask a servant who was in the coffin 'It was an old friend of yours sir, he was killed by a man known as death' The three men want to find death and kill him so they set of into town to find him.
- AHHHHHHH!!!!
- About ten minutes later they walked past an old man and asked him if they have seen Death. 'I think he went that way' the old man replied. The three men went round the corner where the old man directed them and found loads of gold! They all screamed and jumped with delight, it was the happiest day of there life.
- So if you are looking for death you'll find it!
- So the man set of into town and brought some bread and wine. Then he passed a poison shop and had a cunning idea. So he went into the shop and brought the shopkeepers strongest poison so he could kill the other two so he could have all the money to him self.
- But what the other man didn't know was that the other two men had a cunning plan too...
- The man with the poison came along with the poison and the man behind the tree jumped out and stabbed him in the heart!
- The man fell to the floor in pain whilst the other two jumped with excitement.
- They picked up the poison bottle thinking it was wine and drank it! They fell to the floor screaming in pain and turned red then they died.
