- Gertrude is tired and she is excited to relax during a massage.
- She discusses with the masseuse
- While she is waiting, she looks around the waiting room and is intrigued by the decoration (rug, wall decorations, spirit stones)...
- During the massage
- I really loved the products and the masseuse, should I ask for another care ?
- ...which leads her to a cabinet of organic beauty products for the face, body, hands, etc. She is testing some products (essential oil, cream) that are in display for the clients.
- The customer leaves satisfied and happy
- The masseuse explains the benefits of the products Gertrude just tried and how she uses each one of them in the different treatments they offer.
- During the massage, Gertrude has all the time she needs to think and is wondering if she should order another care because she really liked the products and the masseuse who is very caring and talented.
- After her massage plus another facial care that was added at the last minute, Gertrude leaves the spa feeling better and with new products (additional purhase) that she will be able to use at home. Furthermore, she will come back because the atmosphere is nice, because the products work well and for the quelity of the service provided by the employee.
