- After I got burned in a fire and had scars, I went to school and was bullied because of them. scars again. I’ve learned not to listen to the negativity of others and to embrace who I am.
- What challenges did you face growing up, and how did you deal with them?

- Since I've been through tough times myself, and I know how much even small support can mean. It makes me want to share that strength with others.
- How did you find the strength to help others during tough times?

- I saw an older lady struggling with her cart at the store, so I quickly stepped in, grabbed it for her, and helped her along. She smiled and thanked me, and it felt good to lend a hand.
- Can you share a time where you had to be brave and step up for someone else?

- When my son had surgery, I sacrificed personal time and work to be there for him. His recovery was my top priority.
- What personal sacrifices have you made to support your family

- Donating to the One Heart To Another program and helping out with their needs. On top of that, I volunteer at Community Solutions, wrapping presents for adopted kids.
- What do you think has been your greatest act of kindness or strength in your life?

- What's one of your biggest accomplishment in life?
- Raising my kids to be kind and independent. It wasn’t always easy, but seeing them grow into great people makes me so proud.
