- People have been growing grains for hundred of years.
- Most grains that you eat are made in factories like these, they are either, whole grain, enriched or white, whole grain includes the germ, bran, and endosperm, the enriched has the bran and the germ removed, but it has some of the lost
- It also ends up in your home, go and check, see if you have grains in your kitchen!.
- Then it gets shipped off to your local grocery store, where it will be bought by people like you!
- Grains can end up at your local restaurant. Places like Mcdonalds, usually serve that is not enriched.
