Good afternoon, I am Dr. Smith. A ER Physician at Middleton hospital.
As you can see the ER is a very busy place where you always need to expect the unexpected. I am going to have Dave tell you a little about my day to day while I scrub in.

Hi, I just transferred here from another facility which was a group model. Dave, care to explain the difference.
We are an employed model here, however, one of our physicians is on maternity leave so we brought in Dr. Smith as a locum.

What a day! We had a full house today and an ambulance routed to us for a gun shot victim. Definitely happy I was there to help. It would have been bad for everyone if the hospital was short staffed.
