- Place Utility: Having a product in a convenient place for customers to buy it.Example: Carvel, Baskin Robbins, etc.

- Time Utility: Having a product available at a certain time of year or a convenient time of day.Example: All year round treat and it can be sold during ice cream store hours.
- Possession Utility: The exchange of a product for some monetary value. Example: Cash or credit
- Information Utility: Communication with the consumer about your product or service.Example: The brand name, advertisement
