Im Finally 16! I can not wait to drive! What do I need to know for my knowledge test?
In order to get your learners permit in BC it's important that you study learn to drive smart and take the free online practice tests. Once you feel confident with your knowledge, you're ready for your test!

I passed my knowledge test! Whats the next step in preparing to drive independently? What rules do I have to follow now?
Some rules you must abide by with your L include: Always driving with a qualified driver who's 25 or older, always display L, no drugs or alcohol, only one extra passenger, absolutely no electronics, No driving between midnight and 5am

Now that you've had you L for a year its time for you to take your road test. Some important things you should prepare for are: Shoulder checks, switching lanes, parking, as well as left and right turns.
Once you have your N you'll still have some rules to follow including: No alcohol or drugs, display N at all times, absolutely no electronics, limit of one passanger not including imediete family. Good luck and congratulations! You're well on your way to independence!
