- Hey Jim it's Hayley. I was just wondering how you are feeling because I have seen you haven't been yourself lately.
- Hey Hayley, thanks for calling. I don't know why but ever since my passed away, I just want to be alone and just fall asleep. I can't concentrate on anything now its annoying.
- I don't know Jim but you may have depression. You probably know but my favourite player, A.J Brown opened up about depression and ever since then, he felt so much better.
- Thanks. I think I might but I have always not wanted to open up about my feelings. I feel like my dad will be angry. I just am stuck.
- Some strategies that could help could be calling a GP and they can refer you to a physiological doctor. Other strategies include physical help or even just talking to your mates and even your dad. I could pick you up if you want for the team bbq in 20 minutes if you would like. Oh and by the way, is it alright if I can call you in a few days to check up on you
