- That's right. You only have access to phenomena. You can't access the noumena, the world "in itself."
- What I see and taste and touch and feel is self evidently true.

- Oh Dear! If you are right, then I guess skepticism is my only option.

- Well, I'd rather be a skeptic than a dogmatist, like Him. How does the term "postmodern" sound to you?
