  • I am feeling tired today. Every day I have a lot of feelings! Lets take a look at some of them.
  • I get angry when I have to do reading. I make myself feel better by using my calm down corner, taking a deep breath, or asking for help.
  • I feel happy on the playground! I like to go on the slide and run around by myself
  • On the bus I feel annoyed and overwhelmed. It is noisy and kids bother me. I can ride with my mom instead to feel better!
  • I love lunch! But sometimes the cafeteria is too noisy and I feel overwhelmed. I want people to be quite. Instead, I can take a deep breath and after lunch I can take a break!
  • When I need to feel calm, one of my teachers can help me use the body sock and the ball and the steam roller. When I use these I feel good and ready to learn!
