Louise is a manager at a company and has noticed a lot of employees getting angry and stressed with the cloud platform they use and can't work out what the issue is making her feel under pressure.
She arranges a meeting with one of the employees, Jeremy, who appears to be one of the worst affected, where he informs her of the struggles finding servers within their cloud platform.
Following the meeting Louise asks Jeremy to look into the issue and develop a solution.
A month later Jeremy reports back to Louise and the results look very promising, making her happy as she knows this will be very good for them and the other employees.
Once the new function had been rolled out the results looked extremely promising and people looked a lot happier using the cloud platform boosting not just Louise' mood but the whole offices.
This mood boost wasn't just within Louise' business but many businesses world wide as they were also saving time looking for servers benefitting all users of the platform.
