19th comic. Dante climbs and jumps off a ladder to slam the assailant to the ground and punch him in the balls to save Jane. Jane thanks Dante and realizes he's the one Gary Hailey slandered. Curious by how kind he was despite the hate surrounding him, she has him walk her home where they run into Mr. Caspar and Mr. Weaver, and Jane realizes Dante's heart for humanity.
