- Moon Shine's cousin, Black Dog, had a lot of trouble with addiction. When they first meet, Black Dog tells Moon Shine that knives are needed in America. Later, he threatens Moon Shine with a knife and robs him and his father of their savings.

- Great job!
- This is amazing!
- Moon Shine didn't trust a lot of the white "demons" that he met, and with good reason. It was difficult for him to make friends, but he eventually formed a bond with Robin.
