I'm nervous about this....
Alright everyone there is no need to be nervous. We are all in the same battle against PTSD
In a relaxed manner let us all share our experiences and problems
Whenever i try to sleep i see flash backs of my service overseas.
I suffer from panic attacks and I don't know how to cope
I feel very isolated and alone in my struggles
Voicing your problems and thoughts in a group is very therapeutic, and we can work through them together.
These meetings seeem like a healthy way to work though my problems
We have some fun military shooters that are available for you to play and use a coping mechanism
