- The founders of Rome was Remus and Romulus. This is how the story started.

- (Took over Numitor) Amulius
- Numitor, a brother of Amulius was the king of Rome. Amulius had always wanted to be a king like his brother and one day decided to overthrew Numitor and became a king of Rome.
- Unwanted Children
- After overthrowing him, Amulius fears that Rhea Silvia will mary and get sons to do a revenge on Amulius. Therefore Amulius makes Rhea a vestal virgin.

- Although Rhea was a vestal virgin, she secretly married to the god of Mars, and gave birth to 2 boys, Romulus and Remus.

- Amulius finds out that Rhea had 2 sons and quickly steal 2 babies and throw them in the River Tiber. He thought, if they die, by drowning, it wouldn't be his fault and would be the river's fault.
- The basket still containing the boys came ashore and were found by a she-wolf who instead of killing them, looked after them and fed them.
