Na početku svog wellness uređaja trebali biste upoznati 5 aspekata wellnessa. U ovoj će se aktivnosti studenti pomoću paukove karte definirati i ilustrirati primjerom svakog područja wellnessa . Ovo će pomoći studentima da vizualiziraju svaki aspekt i pružit će studentima resurse da se osvrnu na buduće aktivnosti.

Wellness - sposobnost osobe da se ne oslobodi bolesti dok je u stanju postići ciljeve.
Fizičko zdravlje - sposobnost za obavljanje zadataka i izbjegavanje bolesti.
Emocionalno dobro - sposobnost prepoznavanja unutarnjih osjećaja i rješavanja istih.

Students will create a storyboard that visualizes and describes areas of wellness.
