Aktivitetsöversikt


Studenter kan tänka för mycket på vad de ska förbättra, hur de ska se ut eller hur de ska klä sig. Tonåringar är sårbara för medieinflytande och tyvärr är media fyllda med metoder för att riva kroppsbilden ner. Studenter som redan upplever förvrängda kroppsbilder påverkas lätt och kraftigt. Om tonåringar kan fokusera på vem de är och vad de gillar med sig själva, kanske de inte är så mottagliga för att gå till ytterligheter för att ändra det. I den här aktiviteten kommer eleverna att fokusera på vad deras förmågor är istället för deras utseende.

När eleverna har slutfört sitt arbete kan du hänga dem in på tavlan eller väggen i klassrummet. Att ha ett överväldigande antal positiva bilder hjälper till att skapa en mer kroppsvänlig miljö. Vissa elever ser sällan en vägg av positivitet. Dessutom kan exempel som kommer från kamrater också betyda mer i motsats till något som skapats av en lärare.

  4. Beskriv kort vad du gör i varje cell och titta på varje cell med "förmåga".
