The Paleo was the first period. They lived during the Ice Age. They also hunted mammoth for food but they are nomadic so they follow there food. But they couldnt keep following there food any longer and soon died.
#2 ARCHAIC PERIOD
This was the second period called the archaic this is when the ice age ended and the climate began to rise. Also they ate things like deer,rabbit,and turkey.Also used hook to hunt.
#3 WOODLAND PERIOD
The Woodland Period is the third period. The Woodland Indians developed horticulture. They began to formed tribes and religious practices. The Woodland Indians also hunted smaller game.
The Mississippian period was the last. This period was more focused on agriculture than hunting. Burial mounds was used in this period too. This is also when the Europeans came.
#4 MISSISSIPPIAN PERIOD
Hernado De Soto was as explorer from Spain in search of gold. He also discovered the Mississippi River. On May 25, 1539 De Soto arrived at Tampa Bay. On May 21, 1542 Hernando died.
After all the different explorers, more people to come the New World to settle in.
