- Clovis was an ambitiously self-interested and cruel King.
- I am Clovis!
- Charlemagne was a cruel leader when he wanted conquered people to convert to Christianity.
- I am Charlemagne!
- I used to pray to the Pagan gods, then I began converting into Christianity!
- I believe in Christianity, and I am hard on people to believe in Christianity too.
- Charlemagne was brutal to the Saxons, and when approximately 4,500 revolted, he beheaded them all in one day.
- The Saxons never listened!
- Charlemagne's relationship with the Pope Leo III is that the Pope gave him the crown, but Charlemagne was annoyed because he thought the power came from god.
- God chose me to be king, not the Pope!
- Charlemagne educated his people by having the church teach them to always obey him.
- Wow! Education is different these days!
