  • But mom, she's wiggling!
  • Hold still Quinn!
  • Toddler years (rising action)
  • When I was about two my parents moved me from a crib to a super small one-foot-of-the-ground pink bed. My room was green with white turtles on the wall. My hair was almost blinding blond and I already knew that I loved the color pastel orange. I knew how to read about four books and they were the only ones that I wanted to read. I put them on the book shelf near my bed, I read them every morning. Shoving words and their meaning into my tiny three year old brain.
  • Child years (rising action)
  • When I was three my baby sister Evie was born. I remember sitting on my parents bed and looking at my mother hold Evie. About three months later I remember my dad trying to take a picture of me holding Evie on the stairs. It was not working to well. My mom kept telling me to hold still and I thought that I would drop Evie because she was wiggling to much.
  • Child years (rising action)
  • When I turned four I had many, many more books. They filled up my room and I just can't say that I had no book shelves. My room was full of them! I had a nightstand bookshelf and two bookshelves stacked on top of each other across the room, full of books! That's when my fascination for wolves began. not just any wolves but specifically the endangered species the Red Wolves. I had all the red wolf stuffed animals that a person could have. They became my whole life, books and red wolves, and they still are now.

  • When I was five I desided to cut my hair when my mom was not looking. My mother was horrified, I was pleased. My mom took me to get my hair cut to the length that I had cut it . I did not know what the fuss was about, but I did know one thing, nobody was taking my hair! I screamed and yelled the whole time the lady was trying to cut my hair. My mom had to come and hold me down,I considered myself a rebel.
  • When I turned five I went on my first hike with my neighbor Owen, who was six. We walked in the woods with his parents while our baby sisters stayed at home. While we where having so much fun it just had to rain. Not just rain but rain bad, really bad. We had to run for the car. Lets just say little kids are not very good runners. We still had fun though. We laughed and told preschool humor jokes that don't make sense anymore the whole way home.
  • When I turned six I went to kindergarten and immediately met this girl my age named Genesis. we became best friends and did everything together. We played on the playground at recess together and ate lunch together. We even made up a game! We would sing her name spelling it out and then gradually stop, the last person left singing loses. G-G-G, G-E-N-E-S-I-S! we would sing,.
