- Greaser boys go to the drive up movie. They sit behind socs girls.
- Dally
- Dally picks on the girls sitting in front of them. Johnny leaves to go get a coke.
- Johnny and Ponyboy go talk to the girls and apologize for Dally's behavior. Dally goes to get cokes for the girls.
- Dally came back with cokes for the girls. Cherry threw it in his face. Johnny then stood up to Dally. He wiped the coke off of his face and left.
- The girls asked the boys to sit with them as "protection." They watched the movie and just talked.
- Two-bit came up from behind and put a hand on Pony and Johnny's shoulder. He was able to change his voice also. They both were scared but Johnny went white as a ghost. After the trauma he has been through, this was not a smart thing for Two-bit to do.
