- 1. Heinz is watching TV and feels lonely, he misses the time when playing chess with his best friends. However, one of them moved to London 3 months ago and the other one has to stay in bed because of sickness.

- 2. He installed the SeniorConnet TV box. Even though he feels confused, he presses the voice button and says chess, then a list of activities relating to chess appears on the screen. He chooses a chess game which will be held the next day in a nearby cafe. He is looking forward to it.

- 3. The next day, he goes to the game and plays chess with others there. They talk merrily and Heinz records their phone numbers.

- 4. After getting home, he turns on the TV. He clicks on the Contacts and adds his new friends by inputting their phone numbers and name.
- 5. Heinz is having a video call with his son. His son can not visit him frequently since he lives far away. They talk about their daily life. Heinz feels that he is talking with his son face to face.
- 6. When watching the movie, Heinz gets an invitation from his new friend to a hiking activity. He would like to learn more (location, time) before deciding. So he presses the voice button on the remote control and says later. Later, he finds that he is available for attending the hiking activity, so he signs up.
