  • Long ago, a boy named Kuo-Haya. He lived with his father. His father was always too busy and he always ignored Kuo-Haya.  His father didn't treat him well. That's why Kuo-Haya was a timid boy and stooped over all the time. 
  • I am Kuo-Haya's father.
  • I am Kuo-Haya
  • Now, people of the village knew that people should stay far away from bears, because people thought bear was a very powerful animal. But, Kuo-Haya didn't notice that yet. One day, he was walking far away to where the bear lived. A little bear ran away when it saw Kuo-Haya.
  • Kuo-Haya called the bear with friendly voice. Later on, they started play together. The mother bear enjoyed to see her son to play with Kuo-Haya. 
  • Come play with me, I will not hurt you.
  • The villagers realized that Kuo-Haya was missing. They asked his father is he knows where Kuo-Haya is. His father didn't know where he is. Then, they started to find the missing boy---Kuo-Haya. They went to the bear's place and saw Kuo-Haya was playing with the bear. They surprised. They tried to get Kuo-Haya back, but the bear's mother pushed Kuo-Haya to the cave. Kuo-Haya is now with the bears.

  • Where is Kuo-Haya?
  • Then find him!
  • The medicine man said this is the responsibility of Kuo-Haya's father. He didn't treat Kuo-Haya well, he should get his son back with love. Kuo-Haya's father's heart like an arrow. He began to realized that he was wrong. He was think about how should he get his son back. Suddenly, a bee flew on his nose and then flew away. Now he got an idea. He took some honey and then went to the cliffs. 
  • Thank you, little brother.
  • I learned how we must care of one another from bears. I will go with you only if you promise you will always be friend with bears.
  • I have come to take you home.I got a lessonfrom the bear. I should treat you as a father should treat his son.
