Banks are investing client´s money because of the Stock Market. Banks investing into stocks could be a problem because when the market declines, prices go down. This means that the bank will lose their client´s money .
Overextension in credits are for consumers who can borrow money from the bank to buy homes, stocks, technology, and furniture. This could be a problem because when your not spending, but wanting more could doom the economy.
Overstock in warehouses means that factories are able to make products very fast with an assembly line approach. This is a problem because if factories keep on making products and create an overstock, that means that stores aren’t moving their items off the sales floor fast enough to keep up. When companies produce items too much that it sits in the warehouse, this means that the workers will be able to slack off while working in the factories.
Buying on margin means that people want to buy stocks to make lots of money in the future. They won’t pay full of it, but if they make lots of money from stocks they will buy the stock fully. This is a problem. If people put money into stocks and they stocks go down, the people who money into the stocks will lose money and will get very upset. If the stocks go down the downturn could go worse.
Tariff increase means that people want to increase tariffs so there companies could sell more so products from Britain or France could cost more for people to buy. This is a problem because foreign countries will also do that to our products. So they need markets to sell people’s products.
Companies invested into Stock Markets because they didn't want to pass up the ability of being rich. This was a problem when companies also suffered from the Crash without having reinvested in their companies through research and development. If they had, they would have been more likely to survive and not have to lay off workers.
