This storyboard does not have a description.
It is basically the belief about how DNA is copied to make RNA and then is turned into protien
what is it?
how it wokrs
a strand of DNA its un zipped in order for it to be copied through a process called transcription
Once the DNA is through being copied the finished product is a strand of mRNA, The mRNA will leave nucleus, make its way into the cytoplasm then into the ribosome.
1 protein = 100s of amino acids.
The ribosome will read the mRNA strip which will tell it which amino acids to connect. This makes 1 protein.
What happens if there were to be a flaw in the process?
If there is a mistake during the process of transcription It can cause the mRNA strand to be messed up and during translation it will not put together the right amino acids. This means that the protein wont do what it is supposed to.
