- Uhhh what does verbal bullying mean?
- I have heard that you guys have been bullying Jeremy verbally.
- Ohhh we are sorry Jeremy.
- Verbal bullying is a means of using words in a negative way such as insults, teasing, put downs, to gain power over someone else's life.
- Yeah, and we are sorry for just watching you get bullied and not helping.
- It's ok!

- So you know for the future, I will tell you the three other types of bullying so you can never make this mistake again.
- Stealing, shoving, hitting, fighting, and destroying property all are types of physical bullying.
- Social or covert bullying involves spreading rumors about another person, purposely leaving someone out of an activity or group or embarrassing a person in public.
- Cyberbullying is bullying that is done through the use of technology. For example, using the Internet, a mobile phone or a camera to hurt or embarrass someone is considered cyberbullying.
