- Hello, My name is Billy Bob. I am a farmer here in America, which is considered to be a more developed country(MDC).
- Farms have become more Mechanized meaning that crops can be grown at a faster rate, producing at a large quantity.Because of the development of machines i can grow crops not just for my family but for profit.That is called Commercial agriculture.
- Hello, my name is Joe I grow rice in Malaysia.Malaysia is considered a Less developed Country.Being in a less developed country makes Agriculture a bit harder.My goal is to grow enough food for my family it is called subsistence agriculture.
- In Malaysia we obtain two harvests per year from one field, a process known as Double cropping. The flooded fields in which we grow rice are called Sawah.Around here we do Intensive agriculture.
- I also grow many fruits and vegetables which is called Horticulture. I use many Herbicides to eliminate plants that will compete with my plant's nutrients.
- I also have my dairy farm . A milk shed is needed to maintain the milk produced fresh.
- Hello, I live in Turkey and my job is to herd Domesticated Animals. It's proper name is Pastoral Nomadism. My animals Feed from the Pasture and when it time to get better pasture's we do something that's called Transhumance, its a seasonal migration.
- This is an example of Aguaculture,it is the cultivation of fish in a controlled area. This can be considered an example of Organic agriculture because it doesn't affect the environment in any way.
