Panic Attacks can happen at anytime anywhere. Some signs of a panic attack can be, having chest pain or a racing heart
Other signs can be you have difficulty breathing or you feel like your choking.
To treat panic attacks when they happen you can go and get anti-Anxiety drugs like Xanax. To decrease the chances of them you can take antidepressants.
Or you can go to psychotherapy or meditation to relax and relieve anxiety.
Treatments can be different for everyone.
If you feel like you are having panic attacks you can go to your family doctor or a clinic to get the right care.
