  • The elections of 1824 and 1828
  • I am Henry Clay
  • I am Andrew Jackson
  • I am John Adams
  • Mudslinging
  • This man is unworthy of this position!!!!
  • Say no more. my persuasion will convince this nations people that Andrew Jackson is not fit for the role of president. I will bring him to his knees.
  • The corrupt Bargain
  • If you fulfill your task, once I am president I will give you your promised position as Secretary of State.
  • The election of 1824 included Henry Clay, Andrew Jackson, and John Quincy Adams.
  • Adams with no respect
  • I believe that we should...
  • I haven't even finished my sentence!
  • Though this election was unlike others. For these gentlemen learned to insult each other in order to get ahead. For example, Henry clay used his influence in order to defeat Andrew Jackson.
  • Andrew wins by a landslide
  • I am more worthy o being president then these two
  • Henry Clay used these cruel words against Andrew Jackson so he could convince the people that he is not worthy as president therefore handing the presidency to Adams. Henry did this because Adams promised him secratary of state if he won.
  • Andrew Jackson for president
  • I will always do whats best for the United States!
  • I do not Agree
  • By the end of the election of 1824 John Quincy Adams grasps the position of president. Though he won the election and kept his bargains and promises, Adams lacked the respect that he disserved as president because the actions that took place between him and Clay were known as a corrupt Bargain.
  • During the election of 1828 Jackson won by a landslide.
  • And since Jackson became president a sense of pride and a spirit of equality went through the Nation.
