Storyboard Text
- I kidnapped your mother, come find her in Half World.
- 2 people from a place called Half World want to leave, live freely and raise their daughter in the realm of flesh, so they try leave, but the ruler of Half World, Mr. Glueskin catches them, and says that the wife can leave and raise her child for 14 years but must come back after, and the husband has to stay in Half World.
- 14 years later Melanie receives a phone call from Mr. Glueskin, and now she has to go to Half World to save her mother.
- No! Why can't you come with me?!
- Melanie tells her friend, and neighbor Ms. Wei what happened, and she gives Melanie food, and a necklace that will turn into a rat and help her in times of need.
- Melanie finds her mother and surprisingly her father too at a party Mr. Glueskin was hosting. Melanie froze Mr. Glueskin with ice before he could harm her, and his body shattered. Inside his body was a baby that could change the fate of the world.
- Melanie, and her family go back to the door with the baby to enter the realm of flesh. Melanie got excited to go back home with her parents, but then they tell her that they cannot go back because they are not from the realm of flesh and all Half Worlders are actually dead. This makes Melanie sad to know she has to go back and grow up without parents.
- When Melanie goes back to the realm of flesh, she tells Ms. Wei what had happened, and since Melanie had no place else to go, she ended up living with Ms. Wei, and together they raise the baby.
