  • The Northern Colonies
  • We grow tobacco and other things.  We shipped cargo, bake bread, trade, and make shoes 
  • We have lots of people here. We live and work in cottages. We buy things from other people. Are culture is Anglican or none. 
  • Narrator
  • I learned that the South used more slaves than the North. The South farmed.
  • South used cash crops which were tobacco crops and cotton crops. I also learned that the South were lazy.
  • Southern Colonies
  • We use slaves to do our bidding and work. We grow cotton which makes us rich. We trade. We have cotton, tea, and tobacco. 
  • We have a little amount of people. We use agriculture. Our culture is Puritan or none.
  • People in the North were blacksmiths, bakers, and shoe makers. Also they traded and loaded and unloaded ships. The North stock to one religion. If they believed in something else they would be mistreated. Classes were based from wealth.
  • I learned that the South and North can be different and the same. One used more slaves. One had more people. One was richer that the other. they believed in different religions. And they lived differently. 
  • The South were lazy so they used slaves. The rich that didn't need basic resources wanted other thing that they could not make so they hired people. They had a bigger population.
