  • There 3 parts of the constitution . The constitution is a set of rules that guides how a country or state works. It controls the rights to the people in our country.
  • Judical Branch
  • There are three parts that makes up the constitution. There called Branches. There 3 branches named Executive Branch, Judicial Branch, and Legislative Branch. There 3 of them beacuse it would be terrible if only 1 group control a whole country or state. Each Branch has a job they have to follow.

  • The commander of the armed forces
  • The President Of The United States are in charge of this branch. They control this group.
  • Can veto laws or reject laws.
  • Carries Out Laws
  • Make agreements
  • Recommends new laws or rules
  • - can start a war - can make new laws - can ask for money - is divides in 2 parts called - House of Representatives and the Senate
  • The Legislative Branch or Congress
  • This branch takes place inside the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is a place where they talk about and explains the laws. Its also the highest court of the country or states.
  • The Judicial Branch
  • This is what makes up the Constitution. Its 3 Branches that makes it up. With all three working together as 1 big group. It would be very unorganized.
