  • Hi KN, it's Harry from "DONT BE DISAPPOINTED TRUCKING" I have some bad news..
  • oh no! What happened?
  • It seems that my driver went in the wrong direction! He went to Springfield, Massachusetts instead of Springfield, Maine. Sorry for the delay but my trucker will not be able to pick up the cargo today.
  • WELCOME TO MASSACHUSETTS
  • Wow, I am dumb.
  • This is completely unacceptable. What am I going to tell the customer?!
  • Hello is this Lauren from KN? This is David from Customer Complains A Lot Enterprises, how is my shipment doing?
  • Hi David, This is Lauren, I am sorry to report some bad news...
  • I called to let you know that we have a challenge with the container you asked us to pick up, the trucker just informed us that he went the wrong way and will not make it to the warehouse today for your loading appointment. We are incredibly sorry for this unexpected delay, as I recognize how important this shipment is. Please be assured that our team is doing everything we can to minimize the disruption to your shipment.
  • THAT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. The product has a short shelf life and will be close to expiring by the time your driver says they can pick it up. Please urgently take the necessary actions to ensure that the cargo will be picked up and shipped out immediately!
  • I understand your frustration, we will do everything we can to mitigate this and give you an update within an hour!
  • I WILL CALL EVERY TRUCKER IN AMERICA UNTIL I FIND ONE THAT CAN DO IT!
