- A terrible contract for new healthy organs. Guyana scientists harvest organs from dead people who died but organs weren't damaged. Patients get new organs in exchange for security from Red Section and limited freedom. If patients refused, they continue to live as they were before. One scientist at the end of the mission were captured and interrogated. The scientist revealed that Red Section went to Angola to steal diamonds and cash them in for money. Once the money have been acquired, they will scoop up manganese and forge it into armor. The scientist also revealed where the untreated patients were located. They are located in a street corner. The patients are too weak to move on their own. The ATF transported them for Elsa Weissinger and Lawrence Mujrari to examine. A few days later, after autopsy, they found drugs and unhealthy foods in their systems. Teresa gets a call from a Diamond Defender in Angola, that some of their manganese and iron ore were stolen from a cave. Eventually Teresa got another call from a protester in Honduras. The protester witnessed a man wearing a mask in a business suit and a bulletproof vest. He is guarded by other cartel. His name is not revealed but he has intel on Franklin's whearabouts.
- The protester gave Teresa the location. The ATF arrive there the next day. The protester gave Teresa some information and then infiltrated the place that appears to be a mansion. There were by far too many eyes that covered each area, making infiltration nearly impossible. Teresa and Dusty Oakton take the main entrance while everyone else flanked and tried to capture the cartel's second-in-command. Eventually the second-in-command cartel got captured. His name is Nikander who is also Panamanian. Nikander had less finances to keep himself working below radar, while everyone else made themselves too noticeable. Nikander's role is to command the Panamanian Cartel. Nikanderthen dies by attempting to kill one of the ATF agents.
- Right before the last mission, protesters all over South America manage to complete their revolution against their own governments. They protested because they don't want any drugs, or cancerous substances flooding their homes. Some of them can barely afford to take care of themselves. After the final mission, all protesters won and celebrated together. New and better government officials took over. In the beginning of the game, all political actors were assassinated by Cutthroat Harvesters terrorist group under the orders of Franklin Anderson and quickly replaced them before anyone noticed. None of their faces were seen, only their resume.
