- In this act II Estragon is barefoot and begins to sing. Vladimir appears on the scene, who wants to hug him, but Estragon does not allow it. Then Vladimir notices that Estragon has been beaten and asks who it was, but he does not remember.
- HELP
- Vladimir begins to talk with Estragon and sees something weird in him and realizes that he does not remember anything and reminds him that they are there waiting for Godot, but Estragon does not remember that or the plan to hang himself in the tree or Lucky and Pozzo.
- In this Vladimir and Estragon begin to speak various things between them there are poetry and quite incoherent things between them and at the end of these long conversations Vladimir ends it by reminding Estragon that they are waiting for Godot.

- Pozzo and Lucky return to the tree, but this time the first is blind and the second is mute. Neither of them remembers Vladimir and Estragon debate the benefits oh helping him up. Vladimir tries to help Pozzo up, but falls next to him and asks for help from Estragon, who also falls when he tries to lift his partner. Pozzo continues screaming for help. After Pozzo calms down, he confirms Vladimir and Estragon that he doesn't remember them from day before.
- As the same day before, the boy who works for Godot returns. It brings the message that Mr.Godot will not able to attend the meeting that day, but that it is very likely that he will be able to do so the next day. Vladimir asks the boy if he remembers the conversation he had with them the day before, but the boy does not remember them. Vladimir adopts an agressive attitude towards the boy and demands that he remember them they boy scared flees.
- When they are left alone, Estragon returns to say the idea of hanging from the tree, Vladimir tells him that they need a thicker rope, they agree to leave and come back the next day to hang themselves. The only thing that could save them is for Godot to arrive. Vladimir tells them to leave and come back the next day, Estragon agrees although they are a little undecided and neither of them moves and this is how this works edns.
