- In 1425 Joan heard voices in her head of God telling her to win the war against England
- Father, I am going to leave home to fight in the war.
- Joan leaves her home and joins the war.
- Here is your sword and your knight suit
- I surrender!
- 1429 She followed god's voice and lead the war to victory
- In 1430, Joan was captured by the Burgundians, sold to the English and called a witch
- She deserves to die!
- You are to be burnt by the stake.
- She's a witch!
- 1431, Joan of Arc is burnt at the stake in Rouen
- About 20 years later, Joan is declared a matyr for France and a saint
