  • 1st Amendment The first amendment is to have freedom of speech, religion, press, and assembly.
  • 2nd Amendment Is the right to own a gun and for hunting, self defense, and in your home.
  • 3rd Amendment To not have to house a soldier without consent from the person that owns the house.
  • 4th Amendment Having the right to be secure and have nobody come and search their houses unless they have a warrant from a judge.
  • 5th Amendment To protect a person from being forced to witness himself in a criminal case.
  • 6th Amendment It makes sure there is a fast trial, a equal jury, and an attorney if the accused person wants one.
  • 7th Amendment There are 12 peers who decide if you are guilty or not guilty instead of a judge.
  • 8th Amendment Prohibits cruel and unusual punishments like death.
  • 9th Amendment It was designed to make sure the United States did not become to powerful.
  • 10th Amendment Expresses the principle of federalism which is basically the whole Constitution.
