  • It all started on a snowy day when...
  • ¨What a snowy day!¨ said Eliza. "I have to take a walk, so why not do it now? I love snow anyway..." (1)
  • Eliza's Mom came into the room, sitting down by the fireplace.
  • "How was your day, Mom?" Eliza asked (2)
  • Her mom replied with a grumpy, "Not the best... let's not have this conversation..." (3)
  • This story is about a girl named Eliza and her experience on a snowy day...
  • Eliza decided to go for her daily walk. She told her mom where she was going...
  • Eliza said cheerfully, "I'm going for a walk!" (4)
  • In another room...
  • "Ok, whatever, do what you want. I'm taking a nap." Her mom replied, sleepily. (5)
  • ...Eliza, a 16 year old girl, was drinking a warm cup of hot chocolate with peppermint while sitting by the window with her cat, Harvey. 
  • But wait! Where was Eliza's hat?
  • "Brr! My hat," Eliza remarked, "That's what I was missing! I really could have used it..."" (6)
  • Eliza's mom was tired, and Eliza knew that. She decided to leave her mom alone for a few minutes...
  • This cell shows Eliza and her friends at a campfire...
  • "Let's tell stories while toasting marshmallows." said Eliza.
  • "Ok!" Leah said.
  • ... Eliza shouted, heading downstairs to get her coat, hat, gloves, and scarf.
  • Eliza walked out the door, heading into a winter wonderland...
