  • I'm so tired.  I've been working non-stop for 16 hour days since I arrived.  
  • I'm really stressed out.  I haven't been able to sleep well since I've been thinking of all that needs to get done.  
  • Wait!  I got it!  I remember at the OFDA Stress Mitigation Training that there are certain techniques I can do to alleviate stress.
  • Mary has been on her DART team as a Disaster Operations Specialist in Haiti for one week.  
  • I was able to download the app so easily.  Now, I'm exploring breathing techniques and taking the stress assessment.  
  • I'm feeling less stressed now after doing my breathing technique.  Going to hit the hay and get ready for another day.
  • Mary is stressed out with all her responsibilities and the urgency of the disaster.  There must be something she can do.
