- President Rodrigo R. Duterte put the main Island of Luzon on lockdown on March16, 2020 due to the health risks of COVID 19. Most of the residents stayed at home while fewothers went out. Police are starting to arrest hundreds of people for violating curfew, “socialdistancing”, and quarantine regulations.
- Have you heard? We are on lockdown again as per the President's order. We aren't allowed to roam outside, the police might arrest us.
- Oh, yes! I have heard of it. We are on lockdown starting tomorrow that's why I will be buying my essentials in the market to avoid going out once we're quarantined.
- We should buy supplies now, we won't be allowed to go out for a few weeks because of the lockdown. It's better to be safe and prepared. Let's follow the order strictly.
