So now we are on our way to writing our autobiography. I hope that after our last lesson you spent some time looking at some albums or pictures and perhaps locating some documents.
In Guided autobiography we write about out life by looking at some themes. Themes are things that happen to almost all of us. Thinking about them helps prime our memories.
In this set of lessons our theme will tunring points, that moment in our life when thigns changed.
