  • As an esteemed member of Parliament, I hereby pass The English Bill of Rights!
  • We members of the Parliament, have met on the 16th of December, 1689 to sign the document that will be known as the 'English Bill of Rights.' This document will help secure the rights of the people of Great Britain and it's Parliament. The document will give average citizens the right to bear arms, petition the government, and allow the Parliament to hold free elections. With this document, we hope we will be able to maintain peace between the King citizens they rule over, as well as weaken the power the King may have on the citizens.
  • The English Bill of Rights still affects the world today. Parliament has most, if not all the control over Great Britain, while the Queen of England is more of just a figurehead. It also affected the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights, as they both have some things that were covered and stated in the English Bill of Rights.
