- Hi. My name is Gavin. I am here with Aaron, Jessica, and of course, Prime Minister Brian Mulroney.
- Today we will be talking to the Prime Minister. We will be discussing about an economic plan we have in mind that may help to improve the economy
- Hi Mr. Prime minister, my name is Aaron and I'll be talking about our problems.
- We will be mentioning policies such as the fiscal and monetary policy, as well as some tips on employment, taxes, etc. Aaron will take the stage first.
- During the years when you were prime minister, there were many problems going around related to the economy of course. We wanted to introduce to you the issues and solutions to those problems.
- Some of the economic issues were that inflation was rising, the Canadian dollar's value was falling, and the real GDP was not in line.
- and finally, the national sales tax which you introduced was opposed by the people.
