- Static electricity means the increase of electric charge on the surface of objects. This electric charge remains on an object until it either flows into the ground, or loses its charge quickly by a discharge.
- this balloon is full of neutral charge, but if I rub it on my head then the balloon will only have negative charge while the positive charge will go to my hair, as a resalt my hair will go up with the balloon as I lift it.
