Hello everyone my name is Zoe Heracleous and today I will be talking to you about healthy habits, set goals and more.
Fitness is good for your health because it increases your mental health and your social well being, helps you sleep better and according to the 'American Journal of Preventative Medicine you actually live 5 years longer.
The first thing that I will be talking to you about is fitness
Now we are going to talk about eating habits. Our eating habits are essential because if we don't eat properly and eat the correct foods then we can become unfit and overweight. Being overweight is bad because if you have too much weight it stops you from being active and being social.
Today I have brought out the good and bad trays. In the good tray there are some of the foods that you can eat in a healthy diet and re all in the 5 food groups.Whereas in the bad tray there are some of the foods that you can not eat in your healthy diet and none of the foods are in the 5 food groups.
