De fleste konflikter ender på tre forskellige måder. Nogle gange, når vi har konflikter med mennesker, vi er interesseret i, kan de virke virkelig hårde og følelsesmæssigt dræning. At vide, at der på et tidspunkt vil være et resultat, kan gøre det mindre skræmmende. Studerende er måske allerede bekendt med terminologien, der bruges i denne aktivitet, men det er vigtigt for dem at skabe og løse scenarier, der involverer hver måde, konflikt kan løses på. I denne aktivitet opretter de studerende et storyboard, der visualiserer win-win, win-tab og tab-tab-scenarier.
