Dette vil styrke vigtigheden af at afbalancere alle aspekter og give dem mulighed for at fortsætte med at reflektere over deres egen velvære.
I denne aktivitet vil studerende fortsætte med at bruge det selvrefleksions storyboard, de oprettede. Denne gang illustrerer de imidlertid langtidsvirkningerne fra lave wellnessniveauer. Studerende skal reflektere over, hvad der kan ske, hvis de forsømmer sig og ikke øger de områder, de identificerede som lave. Ved at gennemføre denne øvelse vil de studerende forhåbentlig blive motiverede til at fokusere på at afbalancere hvert wellnessniveau.
