Personas son historias visuales que describen a los clientes actuales. Las Personas dibujan una imagen detallada del usuario, qué quieren lograr, qué conocimientos o habilidades pueden tener o no, y por qué ciertas cosas pueden ser más importantes para ellos. Los productos o servicios diseñados tratan de resolver estos problemas de los clientes. Personas ayudan al equipo a centrarse en el diseño centrado en el usuario.
